Talkpush CEO Max Armbruster was the keynote speaker yesterday at the HRCC quarterly conference by the IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP). In his presentation, Max reinforced the importance of building recruitment processes which are are as convenient as possible for both candidates and employers. Max explained how employers can beat its competition by making things easier for candidates, using best practices in web design and taking advantage of the latest automation tools in sourcing, screening and reporting.
