NEW FEATURE
Web to phone
In our ongoing effort to simplify the recruitment experience for candidates, they are now invited to take part in the phone interview through a simple click. Click on the link, and start the phone call… Its that simple, and it doesn’t require any fast-speed internet. Result: 30% increase in participation rates on some recruitment campaigns!
Partially completed interviews
A portion of the candidates (around 5–15%) who start a Talkpush interview never finish it . They hang up or are disconnected because of bad network . We then offer them a chance to call back but some choose not to. Our software now shows you who those “partial completes” (aka quitters) are so that you can decide whether to process them anyway. Knowing which question was likely to throw them off could lead you to write “friendlier” questions, but be aware that recent research indicates that harder interviews actually correlates with happier workplaces.
