We're making interview scheduling easier than ever, by connecting to the recruiters’ work calendars, to offer automated scheduling in real time. Recruiters can give their candidates a better experience by sending them links to book their own interviews, as well as trackable invites to monitor any changes.

The Group Calendar, or Recruitment Center, feature is still available, which all recruiters have access to for on-site interviews — making Talkpush the only Recruitment Automation company that supports calendaring on both the individual and group level. The Group Calendar supports the creation of recruitment centers as needed for each interview location, allowing candidates to sign up for available slots without having to show up and wait — and recruiters don’t have to worry about having an overload of candidates, since it ensures the volume of candidates scheduled for in-person interviews is stable. Calendar Syncing Features

  • Candidate self-scheduling: recruiters can send as many booking links to as many candidates as they need.
  • Complex Interview Sequences: can be automated with just a few clicks.
  • Customizable invites: recruiters can give candidates all the info they need right on the calendar invite.
  • Trackable calendar invites: helps decrease no-shows by alerting recruiters if the candidate doesn’t accept or deletes the invite. An automated follow-up task can be created.
  • Works with all major calendar providers.
  • Meeting reminders: recruiters are notified on the eve of the scheduled interview

With the booking link, candidates will be able to select their preferred time from a selection of the recruiter’s available spots or, as outlined above, select a slot from the Group Calendar for an on-site interview. Recruiters may choose to use both, the Group Calendar to manage the flow of candidates coming in any given day, and then when they come to the site, the synced scheduler to book them an interview.

 

All work meetings, interviews, etc are automatically updated in the corresponding Recruiter Calendar to ensure there are no scheduling conflicts. Plus, the same can be done for interviews that require more than one step.The new calendar integration can automate even the most complex sequences, for example: candidates can schedule themselves for a phone interview through the recruitment center, and as soon as they’re shortlisted they’ll receive a booking link for an in-person interview with the hiring manager.


So, there you have it. Scheduling interviews can’t get any more convenient. All timetables are updated in real-time, candidates can choose from a list of available spots, recruiters are immediately notified, and every type of interview can be just as easily automated.
