      We have rolled out our new CRM to a few beta users and this are some of the favorite new features

      The newest version of the Talkpush CRM comes packed with features to help recruiters achieve their goals even faster. The CRM was rebuilt from the ground up to favor speed, a mobile-first experience and productivity. Below are the features that got the most positive response from our early testers.

      In the candidate-first labor market, where the job seekers have more options than ever, the faster your team processes incoming candidates, the higher their chances of converting them into hires. In many cases, who gets to hire the best candidate is whoever spoke to them first. Can you grab the best talent before everyone else? Automating the selection is only half the equation, the other half is how fast your recruiters will get in touch with them. This begins with a high speed CRM which is why we focused on building an interface 7x faster than it was last month!

      A real-time interface to grab candidates the moment they arrive

      We implemented a real-time interface that shows any critical activity on their online channels, including a candidate sending an SMS, being shortlisted or asking a question your bot cannot answer. As soon as a new message comes in, the assigned recruiter receives a notification, giving them an opportunity to immediately talk to them.

      Write to candidates faster with auto-complete

      Talkpush now automatically suggests quick replies (templated messages) or tokens (placeholders) based on your input. Let’s face it, recruiters feel like a broken record sometimes… repeating the same things over and over again. Now, automation can handle the boring parts!
