      Unlocking a multilingual user experience

       

      With a view to support its clients globally, Talkpush now lets users change their interface from English to Mandarin Chinese, Traditional Chinese, French, Spanish and Hebrew.

      To change the language of your Talkpush account, just click on your user profile (located at the top right corner of your screen) and you will see an option at the bottom with the language option. Simply click on the language you would like to work with and then click on the “Save” button.

       

      The art of designing localized candidate experiences

      As always, Talkpush users will be able to design interview experiences in any language that they wish. Localization is a key success factor in establishing positive connections with candidates and many Talkpush users have taken the extra steps to ensure the candidate experience is localized from the way the chatbot speaks (sometime with a mix of local dialect and English) to the way the voice sounds if the interviews are conducted over the phone (with “Indian English” one of the popular options for the Indian market for example).
