September 2016: Recruit in Real-time, All the Time

How do you imagine the future of recruitment?

We imagine it a lot faster and a little bit smarter. It needs to be faster because there is nothing more frustrating for candidates than waiting for an answer after a job interview. It ought to get a bit smarter because recruiters have access to much more data so they should make better decisions.

This month, we made a big step in both direction, as we have released the Smart Filter feature. Smart Filter allows you to shortlist or reject candidates automatically based on their audio answer. If you switch this feature one, candidates will know straight away after completing their interview, if they are shortlisted or not. This beats waiting for an email that may never come… Read on in our Wiki page.

Boost your Online Volumes: $3.50 per Qualified Lead
In view of the recruitment ramp-up before the holiday season, we are offering an attractive promotion: for only $3.50 per “virtual footfall”, we will run a customized advertising campaign on your behalf on social media. We will only count a lead as a “virtual footfall” if the candidate have taken the time to complete his or her digital interview. This means your recruiters can focus on the motivated and qualified candidates, instead of spending this busy season chasing cold leads on the phone. So why not give your recruitment team an immediate boost with a new stream of candidates? Click here to read on or just drop us a line.
