      This month, we made a big step in both direction, as we have released the Smart Filter feature. Smart Filter allows you to shortlist or reject candidates automatically based on their audio answer. This means your recruiters save hundreds of hours of listening time, and that your candidates will finally be able to get the quick “yes” or “no” answer they need to move on with their job search.

      Smart Filter: Shortlisting and Rejecting in Real Time

      You can now set up filtering rules based on recorded answers. We call it the Smart Filter, but let’s be honest: all the intelligence comes from you, the user. You must configure which words you look for in each question. This feature is perfect for setting up standard knockout interview questions. It also works great if you want to give candidates a reading exercise to check their enunciation. If you switch this feature one, candidates will know straight away after completing their interview, if they are shortlisted or not.
