Recruitment Hacks #5: Event Wrap-up

Looking 20 years back and 20 years into the future

Last Thursday, we have the immense pleasure of hosting our 5th Recruitment Hacks event in Manila, which was attended by 60 talent acquisition professionals here to learn and share. We heard from some of the most experienced talent acquisition executives about how they have handled change over the past 20 years, how they handled pressure and transformed their teams.

In conclusion: recruitment professionals held more generalist roles a decade ago. They have honed hone their salesmanship to remain relevant over the years, and most importantly they have had to embrace change.
