Job posting on the Facebook Job marketplace now enabled on Talkpush

imageUsers of the Talkpush CRM can now post jobs from the CRM directly in Facebook Jobs, giving them an easy access to the rapidly growing marketplace.

Talkpush, the conversational recruitment CRM, is fully integrated with Facebook Jobs, the social media giant’s job marketplace. This integration provides Talkpush customers with easy access to a global talent pool and even better job requisition visibility.

This new integration is made available at no additional costs to all exiting Talkpush customers. Talkpush CEO Max Armbruster commented:

Advertising on Facebook and Instagram has been a very effective way for employers to connect with passive job seekers. Now with Facebook Jobs, employers can also reach a localized audience of active job seekers.

Post a job on Facebook Jobs with one click on Talkpush CRM

Earlier this year, Facebook announced it would make the job application available to more than 40 countries. This service is currently offered by Facebook at no additional costs as Facebook figures out its role in the employment world.

Once a candidate applies to a Facebook Job listing connected to the Talkpush CRM, their details will be populated in the CRM and the candidate will be contacted via SMS and/or Email.

From there, candidates can be engaged via messaging (SMS, Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp) allowing the chatbot to collect any additional information required to pre-qualify the candidate, giving them a chance to record a voice or video submission, and scheduling shortlisted candidates for live interview automatically. Employers are advised to choose messaging over email to communicate with candidate, as read-rates for message is close to 100% vs. less than 25% for emails.

Thanks to the conversational interface, candidates are therefore able to get the same real-time experience that they have come to expect from all things related to Facebook. The chatbot can answer their questions 24/7, and update them on the status of their application. This creates a better candidate experience, which increases positive word-of-mouth and further expands the talent pool.
