      No recruitment task is more common than picking up the phone and calling candidates. It was the missing link in Talkpush until today, so we’re ecstatic to be releasing this feature, which we hope will make this daily ritual for our users a little easier. With the phone dialler in our interface, anytime a recruiter feel like a live conversation would be best than a one-way interview, or than an exchange over messaging, he or she can initiate it with the click of a button.

      Employers can also choose to receive phone calls from candidates. This offers candidates the option to talk to a recruiter to ask a few questions before taking the time to come for the face to face interview. This process combines the best of both world: the ability to automate most of the mundane tasks and data capture, while keeping the human communications open at all time.
